There are many questions and a lot of fear and
doubt in the world today. But one thing has been constant for 2000
years:
Jesus Christ is the same,
yesterday, today and forever.
(Hebrews 13:8)
All the centuries that have passed since his life
on earth haven't erased the account. The Bible that carries this
truth has survived every effort to destroy it. It is well said that
the word of God is an anvil that has worn out many hammers. How
much better it is to believe something that has lasted so long than
something newly designed by man! Men design religions, but God has
designed a relationship with Him through Christ.
Jesus answered, I am
the way and the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except
through me.
(John 14:6)
How could I resist such an outpouring of love toward
me when he paid my sin debt in full!
Greater love has no one than
this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
(John 15:3)
God's perfect plan is salvation through Christ Jesus
alone. He tells it very clearly.
Salvation is found in no one
else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which
we must be saved.
(Acts 4:12)
He saves our souls! It was so easy for me to think
he didn't care when Mom died, that is what I thought, but the eyes
of my soul were closed until Jesus gave me vision to see Him and
the heaven that is open to anyone who receives Him.
